Worth knowing before you buy
Internal filters are model-specific, so check the code printed on your current cartridge before ordering. Beyond the four shown here, the store carries the full LG range (LT500P, LT600P, LT700P, LT800P, LT1000P) and additional Samsung codes (DA29-00003G, DA97-17376B).
External Easy-Fit filters need a fridge that's plumbed into the water supply with a 1/4-inch line. If yours isn't connected yet, you'll need a connection pipe kit, which is sold separately.
A fridge filter improves the water at one dispenser only. If you want better water at every tap in the kitchen — or the whole house — an under-counter or whole-house system is the right family, not this one.
Keeping it running
Plan on replacing internal filters and the standard Easy-Fit cartridges roughly every six months; the Easy-Fit Silver Nano stretches to around twelve months or 9,500 litres.
