Keep your filtered water at its best
Every filter works by trapping the bad stuff, which means every cartridge slowly fills up and eventually needs replacing. This page is for anyone who already owns a filter system and wants to keep it performing like new — without the guesswork. The two things that matter are matching the cartridge to your housing size (10 inch or 20 inch, Slimline or the fatter Big Blue) and changing it on time.
- Existing filter system owners
- Routine 3-6 month filter changes
- Restoring taste and flow
- DIY maintenance

Which one is yours?
You own an undersink reverse osmosis system
The RO Filter Set (incl Membrane) replaces all five stages, membrane included, in one order — it fits standard 1812-size systems.
You own the 5-Stage Ultra-Filter system
The 5 Stage Ultra Filter Replacement Set gives you every cartridge plus the 0.2-micron membrane in a single kit.
You only need the sediment stage on a whole-house filter
A melt blown cartridge is the affordable routine choice; pick the pleated version if you would rather wash and reuse it between changes.
Your water still tastes or smells of chlorine
A carbon block cartridge is the fix for taste and smell; step up to the Premium GAC/KDF cartridge if odours or metals persist.
Still weighing it up? The finder narrows it down in three questions.
Worth knowing before you buy
Cartridges only fit housings of the same format — check whether yours takes 10 inch or 20 inch cartridges, and whether it is a standard Slimline (2.5 inch diameter) or the fatter Big Blue, before you order. Most cartridge types here are available in all four combinations.
Sediment cartridges come in micron ratings from 1 to 50 — a lower number catches finer particles. If you are unsure, 5 micron is the standard rating used across SUPERPURE systems.
A replacement cartridge restores your existing system; it will not add capability the system never had. Sediment filters do not improve taste, and carbon filters do not reduce dissolved solids — that is the job of an RO membrane.
Keeping it running
As a rule of thumb from the product specifications: sediment and carbon cartridges should be replaced every 3 to 6 months, while RO and ultra-filter membranes last 12 to 24 months depending on your water quality.
